Responsibilities include:
- Providing 24-hour support and assistance with daily living
- Supporting personal care and individual needs
- Assisting with medication management and health check-ins
- Preparing and serving home-cooked meals
- Supporting transportation and community activities
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Following individualized care and support plans
- Communicating with families and care team members
